Alfa Laval – Scandinavian engineering company specialized in designing, manufacturing and developing industrial heat separators and exchangers, as well as flow technologies. 

TTX Institute trainers implemented (2011-2012) an advanced training program designed for the management team in Alfa Laval Poland. The following modules were included there:

  • manager’s personal productivity
  • personalized leadership
  • team management
  • change management
  • cooperation with management team (team coaching).

Moreover, Team Profiling extended with selected elements of the modules presented above, was realized for the management team in Alfa Laval Turkey.

INEA S.A. – the largest advanced telecommunication and media service provider and operator in Greater Poland.

Development program for the top management of the Inea Group companies (2011-2012) was designed as a process spread over time and including the following:

  • Team Profiling combined with elements of the individual diagnosis of the manager,
  • modules designed for personalized leadership, team management, change management and business growth, 
  • modules concerning strategic organization management and development of its value-based culture.

After completing the Academy course, the Group Board offered a similar program to the subordinate executives. The Inea Group managers agreed that both editions of the Academy course considerably contributed to the personal development of participants as well as professionalization of the methods of people and organization management.

WSK “PZL-Rzeszów” and Pratt & Whitney Kalisz – part of Pratt & Whitney, United Technologies Company, a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines, space propulsion systems and industrial gas turbines.

Program of mentoring implementation in the organization (2012) included:

  • process design with HR stage
  • skills practice and supervision for 18 mentors, 
  • preparing participants and executives for the program implementation. 

The program was based on the methods and tools developed by TTX Institute and adjusted to the company’s competency model. Prior experience of the organization and managers was considered at the program design stage. Mentoring in Pratt & Whitney is a project promoted by the top management and treated as an important tool designed for business improvement and development of executives and specialists’ potential through knowledge and best practice sharing.

 

Atlas Copco Polska – a world leader in designing, manufacturing and servicing of compressors, generators, building equipment, mining machinery and industrial tools.

Trainers and coachers from TTX Institute ran workshops and trainings for the management team as well as the service department in the Polish part of Atlas Copco (2008-2011). The main program element was Team Profiling for the management team, which provided the basis for further training modules, such as:

  • cooperation with management team
  • effective project management
  • change management
  • personalized leadership

Moreover, TTX Institute trainers ran workshops for leaders on how to carry on periodic conversations, and strategic session for managers.

Nestlé S.A. – the world leader in food industry, employing over 5, 000 people in Poland

The program designed for the Board members and top management of the companies being part of Nestle Group (2012) was preceded by the development program for lower-level managers, which comprised the following:

  • selection and definition of priority managerial competencies crucial in the context of current business challenges (the Board members participated at this stage)
  • one-day diagnostic and development workshop for the Board members, dedicated for selected competencies, including leadership through change in the organization
  • feedback sessions for the Board managers, based on the workshop conclusions and individual diagnostics 
  • cycle of coaching sessions for the Board members, designed to support key competencies improvement. 

According to the Board President and HR people, the development program designed for the top management was a significant step in the implementation of new elements of the organizational culture. The development program designed for lower-level managers began a couple of weeks after the workshop for the Board members.

Philips Lighting Poland – the largest European manufacturer of lighting and lighting electronics.

Consultants and trainers from TTX Institute assisted Philips during the times of important strategic changes (2010-2011). Firstly, workshops dedicated to the change management and designed for the whole managerial staff and the Board members were conducted. The training modules included the following:

  • application of techniques and tools designed for personalized leadership during the change process, 
  • integration of management teams around a new strategy

A year after the changes began, Team Profiling designed for the same group was run to see whether anticipated integration and identification with a new strategy were effected. Moreover, the program developed the team competencies  crucial for accomplishing key company objectives. Inter-cultural workshops designed for the mixed Polish – Chinese team engaged in designing advanced lighting electronics was another successful project.

 

BZWBK – a leading Polish bank being part of Santander Group. The training programs designed for the headquarter and branches managerial staff as well as business partners’ HRs (2009-2012) included the modules such as:

  • coaching techniques in leader’s work,
  • personalized leadership,
  • team management,
  • change implementation,
  • coaching in business partner’s HR

  • Team Profiling designed for the management team of one department.

 

All the programs were run by the original method developed by TTX Institute, including the work based on the adopted Kolb’s cycle, which has always been stressed as a unique value of the trainings run by the trainers from our Institute. Factual contents, as well as presented models, were adjusted to the practice and BZWBK corporate standards.

TIETO Poland – the largest Nordic IT services providing full-life cycle services in building and developing advanced IT systems.

Talent Profiling (2011-2012) program for IT engineers was designed to provide an opportunity for active and responsible work on personal development of talents, with the stress put on social competencies crucial from the company’s perspective. The program was profiled by a group of people under 30. The planned development process, which referred to the company’s values and competency model, included the following modules:

  • diagnostic and development Talent Profiling workshop, preceded by the comprehensive analysis of talents’ competencies
  • individual feedback, coaching, development and continuation sessions 
  • workshop dedicated to the career planning and professional brand building

We ran two editions of the Talent Profiling program for over 60 participants under the cooperation with Tieto Poland.

P4 - Play network operator - the fastest growing network in Poland.

The cooperation involves, amongst other things, the realization of the third edition of the programme for key workers that have unique expert competencies. The aim of our actions is to provide the participants with the knowledge and skills related to planning their own careers and building an image within the organization. Together work on raising the sense of awareness of a participant’s own potential and effective ways of developing it. Participants were also prepared for meetings with their subordinates and colleagues. Their aim was to collect constructive feedback, which was used to plan a personal development programme.
